These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services offered by Mecherd Marketing Connecton marketing.mecherd.com and through our commercial engagements. By engaging our services or using the site you accept these Terms.

Scope of Services

We provide performance marketing, campaign management, CRO, lead generation, social media strategy, branding, outreach, and web development services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual statements of work or contracts.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely approvals, required assets, and access to platforms where necessary. Delays caused by the client may impact timelines and are not the responsibility of Mecherd.

Fees, Invoicing & Payments

Fees are set out in proposals or contracts. Payment terms are specified in the agreement. Late payments may incur interest, pause in service delivery, or suspension of campaigns until cleared.

Intellectual Property & Deliverables

Unless otherwise agreed, Mecherd retains ownership of templates, frameworks, and pre-existing IP. Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights for campaign assets and final deliverables as described in contracts.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mecherd Marketing Connect will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from its services. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the fees paid for the particular service that gave rise to the claim.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. Confidential information excludes data that is publicly available or rightfully received from a third party without an obligation of confidentiality.

Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement in accordance with the termination provisions in the contract. Outstanding fees and expenses remain payable upon termination.

Dispute Resolution

The parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably. Where necessary, disputes will be subject to governing law and jurisdiction specified in the agreement.
